Edmonton and Surrounding Area Shipping Policy

Our typical delivery window is between 3 pm and 8 pm. You will received an email notification from our delivery partner, Deeleeo, when your order was picked up and on its way. Once the order arrives, you will receive another email, and the delivery will be left at your doorstep unless we've received other instructions. Our orders do not contain freezer packs or dry ice. To ensure food quality, it's important to receive and store the order in a freezer as quickly as possible.

Calgary and Other Areas

Our deliveries are typically between the hours of 3 pm-8 pm. You will receive a notice on the morning of the delivery via email or via phone call. Our deliveries are carried out on a specific day as outlined in your shipping and as posted in the footer of our website. As we are unable to redeliver the order or take it back, the order will be left on your front doorstep if no one is home. As the order is frozen it is important that someone receives the package right away and gets it into the freezer to ensure the best experience possible. If you are not home during the delivery time we recommend leaving a cooler to extend the time before the order thaws.
